Toxicology expert Dr. Poh-Gek Forkert testified regarding the toxic effects of 1,4 dioxane which is contained in the leachate at the Richmond Landfill. Wilf Ruland is the expert hydrogeologist retained by the Concerned Citizens to investigate, analyze, and report on hydrogeological issues at the Richmond Landfill.
