Environmental Review Tribunal issues an interim order to improve the monitoring of the Richmond Landfill

The Environmental Review Tribunal has issued an interim order to improve the monitoring of the now closed Richmond Landfill.  Toronto -Ontario’s Ministry of the Environment has concluded that the Richmond Landfill Site near Napanee is “causing offsite groundwater impacts” in exceedance of Ministry guidelines.
