2. Further Interim Minutes of Settlement – Agreed to by all parties
- agrees that there is evidence of leachate migrating off-site contrary to Environmental Compliance Approval for the site
- agrees that the site has complex hydrogeology and lacks downgradient groundwater monitoring
- details further investigation required
