Citizens are encouraged to attend the Environmental Review Tribunal Preliminary Hearing at 10:00am on Monday June 25 at the Selby Hall located at 114 Pleasant Drive, Selby Ontario. The Concerned Citizens have been granted leave to appeal certain conditions contained in the site licence for the massive Richmond Landfill. In granting leave the tribunal recently agreed with the citizens that the conditions appeared to be unreasonable and insufficiently protective of the environment.
