LeakyLand.com presents “put Art in your life” Show and Sale Oct 5, 2014

Concerned Citizens opposing the new dump (the Beechwood Road Environmental Centre) proposed for the old Richmond landfill site are raising funds to cover required technical expertise. (Visit www.leakyland.com.)
One of the planned events is an art show and sale – “Put Art in Your Life” – to be held at the Napanee Golf & Country Club on Sunday, October 5th from noon until 5 p.m. This event was inspired by ceramics artist Harlan House’s generous donation of five pieces to be raffled to raise funds for the cause.
The show will focus on “earth” art; that is, art from natural or recycled materials or art inspired by the natural world.
